Refunds & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to RankScout subscriptions and token purchases.
1. Cancellation (subscriptions)
- You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals.
- Unless stated otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.
2. Refunds (general rule)
Our policy is generally “no refunds”, but we may issue refunds at our discretion on a case-by-case basis, for example where:
- the Service experienced a significant verified outage,
- a duplicate charge occurred,
- an unauthorised transaction is confirmed,
- exceptional circumstances apply.

3. Tokens
Tokens are digital usage credits. Unless required by law, token purchases are non-refundable once credited to an account (including where tokens have not yet been used), except at our discretion.
4. Consumer statutory rights
If you are purchasing as a consumer (not in the course of business), you may have statutory rights under UK consumer law (including cancellation rights in some circumstances). Nothing in this policy excludes those rights.
